Annual Bike Rodeo
Sponsored by the Ephrata Ambulance Service,
in association with the Soap Lake Police Department, the Annual Bike Rodeo is
offered to kids of all ages. The children bring their bikes, which are professionally inspected and repaired free of charge, and are taught
proper riding skills. SLPD Bike
Patrol Officers conduct the program, placing an emphasis on bicycle riding safety and hand signals. The Ephrata Ambulance Service provides bike helmets and offers
them free to all the participants. In the event that a helmet becomes
damaged due to an accident or wear, the Ambulance Service replaces them at no cost.
Our thanks to the Ephrata Ambulance Service, local businesses, and the community for their support of this event.
